Member Agencies
The Paso Robles Area Groundwater Authority (PRAGA) is a joint powers authority formed to coordinate groundwater management across the Paso Robles Subbasin in compliance with California's Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA). PRAGA is made up of four member agencies, each of which also serves as a Groundwater Sustainability Agency (GSA) responsible for implementing the Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) within their respective boundaries.
The following four GSAs are involved in PRAGA and their service area is shown in the map below:
- County of San Luis Obispo GSA
- City of Paso Robles GSA
- Estrella-El Pomar-Creston Water District
- Shandon-San Juan Water District

Not sure which GSA your property falls under? Your GSA is determined by where your parcel is located within the subbasin. You can find your Assessor Parcel Number (APN) on your property tax bill or through the San Luis Obispo County Assessor's website. Once you have your APN, use the County's interactive map viewer to identify your GSA.
